MEETING MY SUPERVISOR AT THE FILM SCHOOL!!!

Finally I managed to get hold of my supervisor at the film school! He is the principal of ISIS : Institut Supérieur de l’Image et du Son – the university where I’ll spend most of my time studying while I am here. He is a man on a busy schedule and only had time to see me RIGHT NOW so I rushed off grabbing whatever important papers I could see lying on my desk. He welcomed me with a big smile into his office, which was covered in piles of documents that looked serious and made my study seem very futile and unimportant. Suddenly I could hardly speak French at all and all I could say was “Ca sera super!” in a cheerful tone, agreeing to everything he said. I felt like an idiot but somehow I managed to explain the outline of my project and he seemed to think it could be an interesting study. He said that he would give me all the contacts I need, be it politicians or directors! I couldn’t get a person with better connections on the film scene for a supervisor!
